Help!
I’m entering my business, Danica Cosic Design, in a small business contest and I need to title a photo I feel best captures the company vision. Below is the one I’ve chosen….why? I feel the photo below is the most appropriate example as I think it best represents what we’re trying to do….promote and preserve traditional handcraft while showcasing in a more modern approach.
The clock is ticking away and I’m stumped on a catchy yet powerful title for the photo. I would love some help from you guys…..please send your thoughts my way….thanks so much!!!!!!!

Hi Danica,
I think you’ve made a great selection for your picture. Relative to a catchy title, I’ll have to give that one some thought. My initial reaction, due to the heavy emphasis and close proximity of the artisan’s hands within the picture, was to compare it in the same context to Michelangelo’s painting “The Creation of Adam” in the Sistine Chapel.

Don’t know if there’s any inspiration in that, but thought I’d pass it along…
Garnett
Thanks Garnett! Am definitely thinking of including some reference to hands though the words have not yet struck…so far these are some ideas that have been passed along….
ancient traditions modernized modern elegance paired with history 1001 stitches…stitches by hand Preserving tradition while promoting flair
What about:
“Handcraft: bringing ancient traditions to the modern world one stitch at a time”
???
did you ever come up with anything Danica…?
Handcraft: bringing old ways into a new world
Handcraft: stitching worlds together
Handcraft: bringing artisans into the new milennium one stitch at a time
Two hands, two worlds…one goal
Got Leather?
(just kidding about that last one…)
Okay…I’m bored. I don’t know if you can, or want, to use any of this…but I get a kick out of brainstorming! Let me know what you finally come up with Danica…
Heather
Heather, these are great! I actually did come up with something “Inspired by Tradition, Created by Hand” but I am going to hold onto your ideas as I definitely think I can use them somewhere along the line…..thanks!!!
Awesome….I like yours better, clean…simple…balanced and to the point. That is what a title should be.
Hope to share some mint tea with you in the near future…
